Traditionally, wellness at GE Appliances focused on physical health – nutrition, physical activity and preventing and treating diseases. While these are all vital parts of good health, we now take a holistic approach to wellness that goes beyond the body.

In 2018, GE Appliances began to expand its thinking on wellness and officially launched WellWithin. To be truly healthy, we recognize the impacts that mental health, financial health, and a sense of belonging have on us. That’s why we now offer a wide variety of resources and programs, partnering with vendors that cater to each of these building blocks of wellness. We’re a company powered by our people, made stronger by diversity. Our vision is a vibrant workforce that comes home to a thriving family.
