Focusing on WellWithin Financial Pillar, we want to educate employees on the benefits they have through their employment at GEA. One benefit is the ability to designate a beneficiary through Fidelity’s My Savings Plan.
The numbers show employees do not take advantage of this benefit. Almost two out of three employees have not designated a beneficiary through their Fidelity My Savings Plan.
