Biggest Loser Challenge

What is the Biggest Loser Challenge?

The Biggest Loser Challenge is a 6-week weight loss competition challenge and the person with the highest weight loss will be awarded $$CASH$$

If I want to participate, who do I need to see?

BLANK will have a signup sheet. If you want to participate, you will need to give Blank your name and a $10 registration fee.

Why a registration fee?

We are going to use the registration fee for the cash prize at the end. The Biggest Loser will be awarded the cash of every participants’ registration fees.

When do I need to register by?

You will need to register by Friday, January 18th, 2019.

What is the start and end date?

The start date will be Wednesday, January 23rd, 2019. The end date will be Wednesday, March 6th, 2019. We will determine the Biggest Loser on Friday, March 8th, 2019. The biggest loser will be awarded a cash prize at this time.

When will we have the weigh-ins?

The first weigh-in will be on Wednesday, January 23rd, 2019. Blank will weigh each person and Blank will be inputting your weight in a spreadsheet that will calculate your percentage of weight loss. We will weigh in every Wednesday until the end of the challenge.

I work though, will I have time?

Yes, during the challenge, we will have a 30-45 minute “lunch & weigh-in” meeting every Wednesday from11:30-12:15. On those days, you can bring your lunch to the meeting. After the weigh-in, we will eat lunch and talk about healthy choices for weight loss.
