Mental Health Screen
Assess your mental health and recognize signs of mental health problems with a quick, free, and private online screening tool. Go to mhascreening.org.
The mental health tests range from depression and anxiety to parent and youth screenings.
Online screening tools are meant to be a quick snapshot of your mental health. If your results indicate you may be experiencing symptoms of mental illness, consider sharing your results with someone. A mental health provider (such as a doctor or a therapist) can give you a full assessment and talk to you about options for how to feel better. You also have options through your EAP benefit at GEA – available to all GEA employees regardless of enrollment in GEA Health Plan.
