- Be a lifelong learner. So, you’ve always wanted to play the guitar? Belly dance? Learn a new language? Or decorate a cake like a pro? Fulfill your dreams. Sign up for a local learning experience.
- Give yourself a sense of accomplishment. Celebrate a milestone by achieving another: Run or walk your first 5K.
- Go for greenery. Buy yourself flowers — just because. Or pick out a houseplant to brighten your office.
- Celebrate yourself. Make a list of things you’ve done in your life that you’re especially proud of — or gave you the most joy.
