Join us for the GEA Run/Walk Honoring Veterans.
Every day 22 veterans commit suicide in the U.S.* This statistic underscores the need for veteran support and care once they arrive home. That’s why we want you to show up on Friday, Nov. 16 to walk or run 2.2 miles with us and Shepherd’s Men, who will carry 22-lb. packs.
Let’s come together for our veterans.
Friday, Nov. 16
12:15 – 1:15 p.m.
AP3 Lawn

ABOUT Dogs Helping Heroes
This nonprofit provides trained service dogs to first responders and military personnel injured during their careers. Its inspiration is to improve the daily lives of disabled military veterans, wounded first responders and Gold Star families who would benefit from a service dog.
ABOUT Shepherd’s Men
Shepherd’s Men works to support SHARE, a rehabilitation program that focuses on assessment and treatment for service men and women who sustained a mild-to-moderate traumatic brain injury, along with co-occurring Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or other mental health concerns, from service in post-9/11 wars.
