The PAC Can Support Aging & Strength Training

Strength training enables you to be able to maintain a level of strength, so you can continue to enjoy life. As mentioned in the WellWithin article Age, Can Be Just A Number, the PAC has many programs to support you look and feel healthier!

  1. Metabolism Matters
    Learn why your personal metabolism should matter to you. If you are looking to reduce your weight, gain muscle strength, gain energy, or find ways to stay healthier this screen is for you. Personal profile summarizing your total daily calorie budget based on your goals and unique metabolism. A 30-minute screening ($28.00).
  2. Personal Wellness Consultation
    Schedule a free personalized wellness consultation to help you on your wellness journey. Topics range from, weight management, nutrition, sleep, physical activity, and more.
  3. Exercise Sample
    These exercises focus on the large muscle groups in your body, which can start you on your journey to looking and feeling younger. Start with 1-2 sets of 10-15 reps each exercise. * If any exercise causes pain, discontinue immediately.
