Try yoga for free! Yoga is good for your physical and mental wellbeing: it can help lower stress, increase strength, and improve your flexibility. Since September is National Yoga Month, the Park Athletic Club (PAC) will offer free yoga classes on Fridays throughout September.
Fridays 12 – 12:30
Try a different type of yoga each week:
- 9/7 – Work Clothes: No need to change. Participate in your work clothes.
- 9/14 – Meditation: Calm your mind, settle your body, and find a softer focus.
- 9/21 – Sweat: Get ready to sweat with higher intensity yoga.
- 9/28 – Flexibility: Isolate and activate. Increase flexibility and posture.
