To help keep those extra holiday pounds off we just wrapped up our Fall Weight Loss Challenge! Employees were encouraged to lose weight with great prizes and feeling healthy. With 9 of out participants losing a combined total of 125 pounds! Our biggest men’s loser was Jessee Palmer who lost 37 pounds! Our biggest women’s loser was Monica Wilbanks who lost 36 pounds!
This November we raised health awareness for men’s health and more specifically prostate cancer awareness. To do this we had a No Shave November Contest! After kicking off October with a blood drive we decided to get even eathier with our annual health fair! We had a huge turn out with everyone getting a personal copy of their labs/vitals to help them stay inform and healthy Our health boards covered an array of topics from breast/prostate cancer awareness to proper diet/exercise.
At Monogram we aren’t letting the cold weather get us down! We just completed our fall blood drive with Lifeline Blood Services. We had a great turn out, 82 employees registered to donate and 61 who were able to donate! We had multiple first time donors.
