That is exactly what we witnessed in Career Day at GE appliances on 17th August,2021.
Inclusion and Diversity Team also known as I&D from India joined hands with GEA leaders to present “CAREER DAY”.
The Inclusion and Diversity team floated the Employee Limelight fliers across organization to showcase the significant contributions made by Senior employees and spread the word “its never too late to follow your passion”
Career day was initiated with Hemavathi Byrappa (HR Director, India) speaking about the DT Career and Competency Framework. Followed by DT Leaders gave insights about the competencies required to grow in the organization. The Leaders also spoke about the Open Career Opportunities available in the organization and team dynamics.
Career Day was winded up with a beautiful presentation by Sanjeev Kumar Upadhyay as part of the ‘ My Journey, My Way’ initiative. Where he spoke about his personal and career journey, which defiantly inspired us to follow our passion.
