Another Easy Kitchen Win

Brittany’s back with a quick, low-cost meal that’s healthy, satisfying, and simple enough for busy days.

Overnight Oats (click the video to watch)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup whole rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Toppings:
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp ground flax seed
  • Coconut shreds
  • Cinnamon
  • Pure maple syrup
  • Banana slices
  • Frozen blueberries

Additional toppings to consider

Vanilla extract, honey, peanut or almond butter, peanut butter powder, hemp seeds, slivered almonds, walnuts, protein powder

Instructions:

  1. Mix rolled oats with milk in a Tupperware container or mason jar
  2. Mix additional toppings
  3. Refrigerate overnight
  4. Enjoy in the morning cold, or oatmeal may be heated if desired

May be left in the fridge for up to five days before consuming
