Salaried Employees – Earning Your HRA

For salaried employees enrolled in the HRA Health Plan, the Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) company funding is an earned incentive. Your path to receiving the 2021 HRA funding is by completing two activities:

  1. Watching the myStrength introduction video.
  2. Taking the myStrength personal assessment.

To earn the HRA company funding, all adults – age 18 or older – enrolled in your plan must complete the two mystrength activities. Once all adults have completed the two activities, the company will fund your HRA based upon your enrollment tier (family size):

  • Employee only: $450
  • Employee +1: $675
  • Employee +2 or more: $900

Please allow two pay cycles for the HRA funding to be processed.

Earn your HRA now!

To receive the full 2021 HRA funding, you must take action by June 30, 2021. If you delay completing the two mystrength activities, the HRA funding will be reduced by half after June 30, 2021. The deadline to earn either complete or partial 2021 HRA funding is December 31, 2021.

Note to Field Service technicians and production employees: Your HRA funding is automatic based on your enrollment in the HRA Health Plan. myStrength activities are not a requirement to receive the HRA company funding.
