‘How Am I Doing?’

Check in with yourself … then check out what’s in store for Mental Health Month.

It’s a good time to ask yourself, ‘how am I doing’ and learn more about mental health.

Every May, GE Appliances focuses on mental health for Mental Health Matters Month and this year is no different. As we come together to tackle business challenges, mental health continues to be important, and we continue to provide resources to help you on your journey.

Join us for a month of special programs and activities hosted by WellWithin. Check out the attached calendar and please register if you plan on attending in person.

Most events are between 1st and 2nd shift to make it easier for anyone to attend with the option to join virtually. We want as many people to take part as possible. Your mental health is important to us. Mental Health Mondays: Our friend and Decatur CareATC Counselor Nikama West will share short videos about how to take care of our minds and eat foods that make us happy. Look for a new video each Monday morning. Follow the Health & Wellbeing topic on Connect to watch.
