The Global Self-Care Federation is challenging each of us to support the wellbeing of individuals and communities around the world. By committing to a specific self-care action, you join people across the globe who not only want to improve their lives, but also the lives of others.

Self-care is something you do consistently to take a break from everything that stresses you out. It means taking care of yourself so that you can be healthy and help and care for others.

Self-care means asking yourself how you’re doing and what your body’s asking for. What is considered self-care is different for each of us – and what is self-care for you one day might not feel like self-care another day.
