Health Fair
AP3/AP4 Parking Lot (inside the fence)
9 – 10:30 a.m.
Get a little more personal with the benefits and vendors that are available to GEA employees – from the onsite primary care provider to the onsite YMCA facility. Dr. Karam will be available. He’d love to shake your hand and get to know you. “I want to get the word out about the services CareATC provides to GEA employees,” says Dr. Karam. “I just joined CareATC in January and you don’t see this type of care in the community. I get more one-on-one time with patients.”
You can also connect with local companies like F45, Clean Eatz, and a certified health coach that offers wellness services.
10-Minute Chair Massages: Schedule it here!
Monogram Hall Room A
10 a.m. – 12 noon
1:30 – 3:30 p.m.
If you claim busyness as the reason you don’t get a massage … or maybe the cost associated with it … let’s talk. This 10-minute chair massage is totally free and is just the right amount of time to feel doable while also helping you to feel relaxed or get a little relief from some nagging pain. Is there anything else to discuss?
WellWithin 5K Run Walk: Runners – register here!
AP3 Lawn
9 a.m.
Runners, here’s a chance to track your progress and for everyone else, it’s a healthy dose of Vitamin D while you get in some daily movement. It can be as competitive or as laid-back as you like. When it comes to your WellWithin, we like giving options and being flexible.
Let’s come together once again and expand our views on what it means to be healthy and part of the culture of wellbeing at GEA.
