When a motorcycle accident ended Dr. Richard Bucco’s Army career and landed him in the hospital for nine months, he was inspired to pursue a new career in medicine. His long career has led him to many leadership positions in medicine, but now he’s arrived at Roper’s Wellness Center doing what he loves most of all: being a doctor and caring for patients.

Description: While October may be the expected 31-day window to promote breast cancer awareness, Appliance Park employees have been getting the word about the importance of breast cancer screening since July. Over 100 employees had screenings onsite after hearing stories of teammates who have been touched by the disease.
