Nikama is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Decatur, Alabama. She received her BA in Sociology at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan and her Master of Social Work at the University of Southern California. Nikama has experience in providing services to adults, adolescents and children. She emphasizes trauma-informed care and focuses on a person-centered, mindful, and strength-based approach to ensure compassion while counseling individuals to bring forth building, healing, and resilience. Alexandria “Alex” Burns is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 4 years of experience in clinics and hospitals including work on substance abuse education.
She received her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. Alex works with individuals, couples, and families with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. She can help provide understanding approaches managing diseases with mental health treatment. Alex supports clients with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD.

Liz provides trauma-informed care to individuals, couples, and families, and focuses on a person-centered, mindful, and strength-based approach to therapy. She specializes in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, suicide bereavement, as well as relationship and adjustment issues.
