She received her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. Alex works with individuals, couples, and families with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. She can help provide understanding approaches managing diseases with mental health treatment. Alex supports clients with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD.

She specializes in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, suicide bereavement, as well as relationship and adjustment issues.
