Did your site make the list? See how these GE Appliances locations are raising the bar for employee wellbeing.

Each year, WellWithin recognizes sites that go above and beyond to support employee health and wellbeing.
This year, 12 GE Appliances locations have earned WellWithin Certification, a testament to the company’s commitment to fostering a culture of health, safety, and support. We’re also celebrating the dedicated WellWithin Site Leaders who bring these initiatives to life.
What It Takes to Be WellWithin Certified
Achieving certification isn’t just about checking a box—it’s about making a real impact. Each certified site had to meet three key criteria:
✅ Host at least three site-wide WellWithin activities
✅ Share at least one inspiring employee wellbeing story
✅ Participate in three GE Appliances global health initiatives
Thanks to the hard work of Site Leaders, these locations collectively organized over 100 activities throughout the year, from financial wellness workshops to community donation drives and celebrations.
