We kicked off the Well Within program in Bangalore today, with penty of fun and participation across all four floors of the office. The volunteers conducted, a fun event comprising of a lemon and spoon relay competition. This brought about the competitive spirit in teams with plenty of cheers and jeers going around. The teams were then required to nominate 1 team member each to participate in a push up challenge. This brought no surprises, as regular gym goers participated enthusiastically and managed to do 50 plus pushups at one go. The winners were rewarded with chocolates as well. Overall a fun event which was well received.
