As we gear up for I&D Day and the Kind30 challenge, I’ve been reflecting on how kindness isn’t just a personal virtue—it’s a vital business principle. Here’s why kindness matters and how we can better understand it to create a more inclusive workplace.

WellWithin challenges you to complete one act of kindness every day for 30 days, starting on October 10, World Mental Health Day. Each employee who completes all 30 challenges will get a “Kindness is needed daily” yard sign.
