Danielle Whiteside

Danielle Whiteside is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. She is known for her nonjudgmental presence, warmth, and sense of humor, which help clients feel comfortable and understood. Danielle focuses on repairing attachment wounds, building emotional connections, and setting goals that are meaningful and achievable. Her approach is collaborative and compassionate, with an emphasis on healing, growth, and resilience. Danielle works with people navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. She wants each person she meets to feel supported, empowered, and seen.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys cheering on the University of Louisville and the Baltimore Ravens, traveling to new places, and experiencing different cultures with family and friends.

Jeffrey Bernier

Jeffrey Bernier, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, has over 30 years’ experience enriching lives in the mental health field.

A proud Navy veteran, Jeffrey brings a compassionate, person-centered approach to his work, helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges.

Jeffrey is a graduate of the University of Lowell and Boston University. When he’s not empowering clients, he loves spending time with his family, strumming his guitar, and enjoying sports.

Latricia Taylor

Latricia Taylor is a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 30 years of experience providing mental health services, as well as personal and professional training. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina, and two Master of Arts degrees in Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Latricia provides training, clinical consultation, and direct services to organizations, communities, individuals, and families. Her collaborative approach helps clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma responses, substance use, life stressors, and family challenges. She also has experience treating more complex conditions, including post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder with or without psychosis, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and schizophrenia.

She supports clients in creating personalized care plans that promote meaningful, lasting change and strengthen overall wellness.

Outside of her training, consulting, and counseling work, Latricia enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, and gardening.

Nikama West

Nikama is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Decatur, Alabama. She received her BA in Sociology at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan and her Master of Social Work at the University of Southern California. Nikama has experience in providing services to adults, adolescents and children. She emphasizes trauma-informed care and focuses on a person-centered, mindful, and strength-based approach to ensure compassion while counseling individuals to bring forth building, healing, and resilience. Nikama enjoys providing support to individuals dealing with grief, depression, adjustment, anxiety, PTSD, and other trauma. She wants you to feel safe, seen, heard, empowered, and looks forward to connecting with you.

In her free time, Nikama loves traveling, being in nature, trying new food, decorating, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Alex Burns

Alexandria “Alex” Burns is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 4 years of experience in clinics and hospitals including work on substance abuse education.

She received her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. Alex works with individuals, couples, and families with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. She can help provide understanding approaches managing diseases with mental health treatment. Alex supports clients with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys making baked goods and desserts, sewing, and spending time with her husband and her dog.

Liz Roberts

Elizabeth “Liz” Roberts is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with 15 years of experience working in the mental health field. She received her B.A. in Psychology and her M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Louisville. Liz provides trauma-informed care to individuals, couples, and families, and focuses on a person-centered, mindful, and strength-based approach to therapy. She specializes in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, suicide bereavement, as well as relationship and adjustment issues. Outside of work, Liz enjoys watching movies, cooking, crafting, and spending time with her husband and fur babies.
