Mary McFarland, a Licensed Professional Counselor, has over 30 years of experience in mental health services. She earned her BA from the University of Michigan – Dearborn and her MA from Oakland University.
She offers individual and family counseling for issues like anxiety, depression, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, Schizophrenia, substance use, ODD, ADHD, and adjustment issues. Besides counseling, Mary enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren.

Nikama is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Decatur, Alabama. She received her BA in Sociology at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan and her Master of Social Work at the University of Southern California. Nikama has experience in providing services to adults, adolescents and children. She emphasizes trauma-informed care and focuses on a person-centered, mindful, and strength-based approach to ensure compassion while counseling individuals to bring forth building, healing, and resilience. Nikama enjoys providing support to individuals dealing with grief, depression, adjustment, anxiety, PTSD, and other trauma. Alexandria “Alex” Burns is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 4 years of experience in clinics and hospitals including work on substance abuse education.
She received her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. Alex works with individuals, couples, and families with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. She can help provide understanding approaches managing diseases with mental health treatment. Alex supports clients with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD.

Elizabeth “Liz” Roberts is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with 15 years of experience working in the mental health field. She received her B.A. in Psychology and her M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Louisville. Liz provides trauma-informed care to individuals, couples, and families, and focuses on a person-centered, mindful, and strength-based approach to therapy. She specializes in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, suicide bereavement, as well as relationship and adjustment issues. Outside of work, Liz enjoys watching movies, cooking, crafting, and spending time with her husband and fur babies.
